Up-close & Personal: DrumClip versus Conventional Mute Ring on 16" x 4" Floor Tom

Gone are those days, when drummers uses the conventional mute ring / clothe tape / gel to damper their drums. Conventional mute ring murder the natural drum tone at its very best level, which will eventually restrict a drummer's actual capability to play.

A suspect of tone-murderer has found in this picture, guess who? Hint: Ring

Clothe tape...mmm hmmm..

Now there is the reliable, flexible and non-sticky-tacky DrumClip made available to all drummers (especially in Malaysia) to creatively and externally control/damper their drum without "murdering" it's natural drumming tone.

But who or what is DrumClip?

DrumClip is the sleek and unobtrusive that removes frequencies, retaining the desired attack, resonance, and feel of your drums. DrumClip rounds out and flattens the drumhead's sound and allows for easier tuning of any size drum. Excessive overtones can be precisely controlled and/or eliminated with the slight pressure that DrumClip applies to the drumhead.

There are 2 sizes of DrumClip: Regular & Small

The regular size DrumClip. Made from remarkably durable plastic and rubber compound
