Bacchus created several series to fits the ranges made available to all, namely "Handmade" Series are crafted by experienced luthiers with a sharp eye for detail, while "Universe" Series provides the best quality and cost performance for your first guitar. Regardless of the budget each player, all products are manufactured with an aim to provide players with excellent quality at an affordable price.

As for our upclose and personal review, we are zooming in at Bacchus' Handmade Series - Woodline DX-4/Ac. A little more about Bacchus Handmade Series guitars, they are hand crafted by the most experienced Japanese luthiers at the Aska factory located at Nagano, Japan.

As most other guitar manufacturers use factory-line NC routers in order to reduce costs and increases production, Bacchus believes the selection of tone wood for guitars and basses must be processed and carved by human. Bacchus reason is simple - all wood materials differ from each other, even among the same species of wood. They believe they need to be able to recognize these differences in order to create quality instruments. The ways in which the wood age, the ways they process, the ways they behave - recognizing these factors require an experienced eye of a skilled luthier.
